On arrival, at the hotel guests will find ample car parking adjacent to the main entrance. Reception is large and open-plan with a distinctively cool. This area also includes a casual seating section, which is usually busy for morning coffee, afternoon tea and informal business or personal get together.

From reception there is direct access to Pazhassi restaurant. Just infront of reception, guests can reach their accommodation, 22 bedrooms which range from Deluxe rooms to Suite rooms, first floor banquet hall second floor board room by lift or by stairs.
